Yessica Lira is a junior and this is her first year in Mr. Lozano's journalism class and with The Memorialist. Although she just joined, she finds it fun to participate in the school paper and hopes to be help work on it as a senior as well.
She is also an officer in both Student Council and National Honor Society . She is in the top 5% of her class and will complete her associates degree in interdisciplinary studies from South Texas College as a junior.
On her free time, Yessica is either stressing out over her classes or watching her TV shows on Netflix. When not watching shows, Yessica will most likely be hanging out with her friends or her pets.
